Elevating the International Biochar Initiative’s Annual Symposium with Impactful Visuals + Communications

In 2023, the IBI hosted a virtual Annual Symposium, a global gathering of industry leaders, researchers, and practitioners. To ensure the event's branding captured its innovative and forward-thinking spirit — and reflected their newly released organizational logo and visual identity —  IBI partnered with us to design cohesive event visuals and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that elevated the attendee experience and drove global engagement.

The IBI 2023 Annual Symposium was a cornerstone event in the biochar community, bringing together a diverse audience to explore critical topics such as carbon markets, sustainable agriculture, and scaling end-uses for biochar. For their 2023 event, IBI wanted to create a visual identity and promotional campaign that reflected their commitment to driving meaningful climate solutions while maximizing attendance.

We collaborated closely with IBI to design a suite of event visuals, including the event lock-up, branded presentation templates, digital banners, and social media graphics. These designs ensured consistency across all touch points, from pre-event promotions to on-site materials and live streaming, creating a polished and professional experience for attendees.
